How To Book Your Portrait

Portrait bookings can be completed in 3 easy steps.

1 - Send me your initial enquiry message to discuss your options

2 – Enter your details on a booking form

3 – Secure your booking with a deposit

The best place to start is to search through your pet photos and see which of your favourites you might like to use for your portrait.

Don't worry if you are unsure. Feel free to send me several examples of your photos, then I can advise on which may be more suitable for the portrait.

If your pet has sadly passed away and you only have a limited amount of photos to choose from, please contact me to discuss your options. In some circumstances, it may be possible for me to combine 2 or 3 reference photos to create your final portrait image.

To reserve your place on my waiting list, I simply require a few details by completing a booking form.

Once I’ve received your booking form, I can then provide you with a price

for any additional custom requirements such as a specific background colour or a detailed background image.

I will then be able to give you more information regarding timescales, an estimated completion date or if I can accommodate certain dates for birthday gifts etc.

I'm currently aiming to complete portraits within 4 weeks from the booking

date, but my waiting list times can vary throughout the year.

Availability can be limited during busy periods leading up to Mothers Day,

Fathers Day and Christmas.

When you are happy to proceed, I will then email you a payment link for the 50% deposit.

Alternatively, you could also choose to spread the cost of your portrait over 4 monthly instalments. The first instalment would be taken as your deposit at the time of booking.

At this point your place is then confirmed on my waiting list.

I will update you when I’m starting the portrait and also send you progress photos throughout the drawing process if requested.

Once completed and you're happy with the photos of your finished portrait, the remaining balance and postage cost will then be requested.

Postage to anywhere in the UK is £10.00 which includes next day tracked delivery.

Your portrait will then be posted to you in a sturdy box which will be well protected to avoid any damage during transit.

If you have chosen to pay in instalments, your portrait will be posted to you when your final monthly payment has been received.

I also include a white picture mount with the portrait, all ready for you to place into your own frame when you receive your delivery.
